By signing up for Joyride, you're essentially saying "I'm in!" – you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you're representing a company or any other legal entity, you're confirming you've got the authority to make this decision on their behalf.
2. Let's Work Together
- One Point of Contact: To keep things moving smoothly, we need a single point of contact from your team. This hero will be our go-to for feedback and approvals.
- Feedback is Key: To keep the creative juices flowing, we need your timely feedback. This helps us keep projects moving and deliver amazing results within the expected timeframe.
3. What's Included (and What's Not)
Joyride offers a fantastic suite of creative services – think design, development, illustration and copywriting (see all services on our website) – all wrapped up in a neat monthly subscription. But let's be clear about what's included and what's not:
- The Joyride Package: Banners, Brand Guidelines, Brand Identity, Brochures, Character Animation, Colour Grading, Corporate Videos, Dashboard UI Design, Digital Ads, Email Signatures, Email Templates, GIF Animation, Icon Design, Logo Design, Mascot Design, Mobile App UI, Motion Design, Naming, Packaging, Presentation Decks, Social Posts, Social Reels, Tik Toks, Web Design.
- Dedicated Comms: Let's stay connected! We provide a dedicated communication channel (like Slack or ClickUp) for seamless interaction with our team. Our competitors charge extra for this!
- Not Included: Things like stock photos, translations, and adapting your project for different countries are not part of the standard package. We're here to create amazing work for your primary market.
4. Add-Ons: Supercharge or Slow Down Your Joyride
Want to take your Joyride experience to the next level? We've got some exciting add-ons or slow-downs:
- Joyride Accelerate: Need a burst of speed? This add-on lets you add another designer, developer, animator etc… to deliver on multiple requests for one week, perfect for those crunch times.
- Joyride Hourly: Don’t need to fill a seat for an entire month or just looking to work with us once? Tap into Joyride’s services on an hourly basis (Cost: 40 euro per hour) ⚡

5. Ownership and Showcasing
Once you've paid for your project, you own all the creative work and files. It's yours to keep! However, we might showcase some of our favorite projects in our portfolio to inspire others.
6. Payments, Pauses, and Cancellations
- Monthly Magic: Your subscription fee is charged monthly, ensuring you have continuous access to our creative magic. ✨
- 7-Day Trial: Not sure if Joyride is the perfect fit? You've got 7 days to take us for a test drive. Cancel within that period and you'll get a full refund.
- Flexibility is Key: Need to pause or cancel your subscription? No problem! You can easily manage it through your client portal or by chatting with our friendly team.
- Payments on Hold: If your payment is late, we'll have to put your projects on hold until things are sorted. We require you to pay your subscription upfront. Your month starts once the funds are deposited.
7. Our Commitment to You
We strive for top-notch quality and aim to deliver exceptional results. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Let's Play Fair
Please use Joyride responsibly and ethically.
9. Your Privacy Matters
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. 🔒
10. No Guarantees (But We Try Our Best!)
While we do our best to exceed your expectations, we can't guarantee specific outcomes.
11. Resolving Any Issues
Let's try to resolve any issues amicably. If we can't find common ground, we'll resort to arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll let you know about any significant changes. By continuing to use Joyride, you're agreeing to the updated Terms.
